The Little Lady

Belle has become quite the little lady. When we are home, usually in the morning, she spends a great deal of time walking around the house with a purse (or two) around her shoulder. She pretends to be shopping like mom. Apparently, I must go to the grocery store too often and she has picked up on how you carry a purse and put things in the cart. She pushes her stroller around the house and stops every so often to put things inside the stroller. Mostly her stuffed animals and babies, but sometimes you'll find a sock, a shoe, a cup, or a block. You can see that it takes a minute to get things all situated....it's important to concentrate on getting the purse perfectly over the shoulder.....


And she's off shopping....

In fact, she was so into her purses that Nana went out and got her a purse of her own. She is very proud of it. Now we find her carrying my purse, her purse, and often our grocery bags (all at the same time). She's very serious about her shopping!!
