All Sorts of Stuff.....

We went to the cabin last weekend and Belle did some sledding on the snow covered hills. She had blast during the day! The nights were a different story. She wanted nothing to do with sleeping unless it was in my arms and me rocking her all night long. Who knows where this suddenly came from. Needless to say, this wasn't going to work out with a 35 week pregnant mom, so we came home a day early. We still enjoyed our weekend....
I know these pictures are rather disgusting, but at the same time we laughed like crazy when this happened. We looked down the hill to find Sierra running with complete excitement to us with god knows what in her mouth! She was so proud to dig it up and bring it up to us. Luckily, she gave it up with ease and it went straight to the trash. I'm pretty sure she found all the parts of this disgusting animal over the course of the weekend. We had a bag of bones to dump!

When we got home Belle got her very first professional haircut from barber Jamie. It was just a little trim to get rid of the scraggly ends, but a big event for us all...
Final result.....
She also got to start sleeping in her "big girl" bed. We've had it for a bit and just let her get used to the changes in the room and to let her play on it. We then decided it was time for her to give it a test run. All has gone smoothly. We are so happy she loves it! We have to search to find her tiny, little head peeking out of the covers when we check to see if she is okay.
And last, here is a not so flattering picture of me at 36 weeks. I figured I'd post this because you may not see me like this for much longer. We just had a dr. appointment and we may be meeting this little one earlier than expected. He/she has dropped completely and appears to be ready for the world. We are just hoping it is very comfortable and content for at least 3 more weeks down low. Although, it is NOT making life comfortable for me by any means, but I'll pull through if it can stay put for a bit longer!! I'm taking life as easy as possible (with a 2 year old running around) as directed by the dr!
